“Clock Card” Recorders
The problem of time organisation has affected businesses since the industrial revolution so its no surprise to know that two of our directors are the third generation to be involved in the time recording business.

Still the most popular method of recording an employees start and finish times is the “clock card”, a weekly card with room for up to six in and out clockings per day, you simply collect the cards in at the end of the week and then manually calculate the hours worked and look for lateness or irregularities yourself, some of the clocks can highlight lateness in red and/or operate break times bells.

Our TM920 package has everything you’ll need to start recording your time and saving your money, simply plug the clock in (it will set itself to time) and put out the supplied card rack (25 slots), hand out the time cards (500 in pack) and off you go !

The CM730 variation has all the great features of the TM920 (above) but it CALCULATES THE CARD FOR YOU !!!
Using bar coded cards (100 supplied) the clock will penalise lateness and deduct
lunch breaks for you and show a daily and running weekly total.

RECORD THE TIME ON ANYTHING...
TS350 time stamp will operate as a “normal” time recorder but will also print the time, date and your choice of message onto any piece of card or paper, even carbonated paper.

Software Based Time Recording
If you want to move beyond the traditional method of recording time onto a clock card then we have plenty of choice for you. We have been selling time recording software since the mid 1980’s and much of the experience gained in that time has been poured into our in-house product AutoTime Premium.

Auto Time Express is a complete package limited only by the number of “live” employees (50) on a single user software licence, and a slightly reduced personnel record file - other than that its the same as our flagship Premium version.
The complete package consists of one mag-stripe clocking terminal, one copy of the software and 50 employee cards, software support and simple to use wizards will have you up and running within minutes of installing.

Biometric Time Recording
SIGN ASSURED...
Our Sign Assured signature verification terminal uses a unique signature sound file to recognise individuals. The software was developed by Rolls Royce for their own security applications - you cannot fool this device, we have tried !
It has multiple applications and a unique text messaging facility to send information to nominated mobile phones, todays lateness, emergency roll calls etc etc etc...

HAND SCANNER...
Our Handscanning terminal provides a secure clocking function for up to 500 employees, no personal data is stored in the clock and verification is performed by comparing the users hand scan against previous records, a much less intrusive method than fingerprinting.
The Handscan terminal connects to your network and downloads directly into our AutoTime software...

The most obvious and well established biometric measurements have been fingerprints but with its use in criminal identity and a reluctance to offer up and store such sensitive data we have looked for alternative technologies in order to provide safe and secure employee and visitor logging.
Remote Sites
Logging remotely based employees has always been a problem - but not any more for we have several solutions.
Telephone modems are the most obvious but for sites with no telephone lines then GPS modems will use the mobile phone network to download your records.
